Hello, can you please clarify Arcadia hole #9? By the basket and sometimes going towards the tee, there is water. Is this considered a creek or casual water? Thanks. Apr 23, 2021

Ideal Discs Apr 23, 2021 That will play as casual water (if any) The rule is pertaining to the creek on other parts of the course.
