Just commentating as player who hopes to bring a caddy, given the notes in the 'About' section regarding no groups of more than 10, I'd think spectators would be a no-go but caddies should be fine. There aren't any PDGA restrictions on caddies at B-Tiers that I'm aware of and I don't see any specific language from the LFDT on this topic, so it would have to be a tournament specific rule to not allow them. Hoping we can!
