Stumptown Slosh #5 at McCormick Park

Thank you for signing up for the tournament and supporting Stumptown DGC! This will serve in lieu of an in-person Players’ Meeting.

Please observe all social distancing and mask-wearing protocols and do not congregate in groups to maintain a good standing with St. Helens’ Parks Department.

Special thanks to Scott Fromm and Sean Chapman for leading the way on course maintenance at McCormick! The course has never looked better.

Parking: Please carpool if possible to do so safely and responsibly. Note that there are birthday parties scheduled in each of the gazebos for the day of the tournament. This, paired with the weather forecast (i.e., beautiful Spring day), likely means that parking spaces will be extremely limited.

Tournament Central: Due to the gazebos already being reserved, TC will be near hole 1.

Player’s Packs: Due to the pandemic, player’s packs (i.e., one disc, one mini) will be issued differently at this event. See the below list of available molds. Think ahead and keep your top two preferred molds in-mind so you can collect your disc and mini throughout the day (e.g., before the start of the tournament, during lunch, after the tournament) to avoid any large gatherings. Be prompt and efficient to collect your disc in a responsible fashion. When you approach TC, tell me your prefered mold and I’ll tell you what’s still available.

Online Scoring: One player per card must keep online scoring (have your phone fully charged!) Another player must keep a backup, either written or through UDisc.

Shotgun Start: First round 09:00am, Second round 01:00 pm. Please be ready at your designated hole at this time. Listen for the Two-minute warning. You’ll find this information here:

CTPs: There will be CTPs on EVERY par 3 that will remain in play until the 2nd round is concluded. DO NOT bring in after the first round, but PLEASE bring in after your final hole for the day. Some CTPs will be division specific. Hole 5 will be a CTP for a PRACTICE BASKET for all divisions.

Scrip: After the tournament, scrip will be handled similarly to players packs, with mostly a hands-off approach. Here are the division placements that will receive scrip.
MA1: 1st-7th
MA40: 1st-5th
MA50: 1st-4th
MA2: 1st-5th

Pro Payouts: Will be handled via PayPal.
