Thank you for signing up for our fundraiser. We are looking forward to what should be a fun-filled event.
Saturday’s schedule is as follows:
7:30a: Sign-ups/Check-in/Payment
8:40a: Players Meeting
9:00a: Discs in the Air!
We only need team captains to check in. Bring the full team payment (if paying cash) and give your team name. We can handle a few day-of sign ups, but those people should arrive early. We want all teams checked in by 8:00 am.
The players meetings should be brief. We are playing one round of the original Pro 27 layout. We will have limited maps available at the event. Most all hole rules, plus mapped layout, are on the temp tee signs we will have placed at all holes. Cards will be 2 teams apiece (sixsomes), so do your best to keep play flowing. Please maintain social distance at Tournament Central and during play. Consider wearing a mask when at check-in.
When you are sent out, grab your card from the leaderboard, and any accompanying CTP flag(s), and go to your assigned hole. Please collect the CTP flag from your final hole, if applicable. Awards will be approximately 1 hour from the last card coming in. Low-frill poster/trophies will be given to the top three finishers. All payouts will be in cash.
We are still looking for a volunteer to follow a group if we have an odd number of teams. Maybe you have a friend that wouldn’t mind hanging out for the round? Please contact Ted at [email redacted].
