So this may be an off-the-wall question, but I don’t know if it is legal or not. After practicing out at the course, there are tons of oak leaves and what not on a bunch of the fairways which causes slipping on your throws. I know you have 30 seconds once you address your lie, but within those 30 seconds, is it legal to have a little hand rake and rake a quick spot to plant your feet, or does it need to be done with your feet? I have seen brooms on T pads before, but I don’t know if this is legal. I just don’t want to break any rules.
