Instead of doing the 15 Groups of 5 and 7 groups of 3 why not pull one from each group of 5 and add to the group of 3. Creating 4 person cards. Then the remaining 8 groups of 5 can lose one player each creating 2 more 4 person cards and your last tee time is at 2:20 as opposed to 2:00. Just throwing out some thoughts.
