After my latest communications with the Parks Department, it was clear that I would not be getting the answers and final approvals that I felt were needed to be able to continue to move forward with this event as planned. A deadline of today at lunch was set to have the approvals or we would not be able, in good faith, to continue to move forward with this event as planned. I was just not able to get the wheels to move fast enough for this event to get full approval from the Parks Dept, the Health Dept, the County and City in time. At this time Matt Mayfield (your TD) and NADGT have decided to postpone this event 2 weeks until April 3rd. If the new date provides conflict to anyone's schedule, please make a refund request directly through this event page. There will not be any penalty for withdraw at this point as a date change is no reason for the players to be penalized.

The new date has been approved by the PDGA State Coordinator and added to the Parks schedule. Once this permitting process is complete, it will also be complete for the rest of Matt's events at Sunset Park with NADGT.

I would like to again apologize for needing to move the date but certain things are out of our control.
