Hello everybody! This email is your virtual players meeting for Pi in the Sky Doubles tomorrow.
This is a PDGA sanctioned event where all PDGA rules apply.
Please come into the Pro Shop 30 minutes before your tee time to check in for your team (Only one member needs to check in.)
All divisions will be playing best shot doubles on The Steady Ed Headrick Memorial Course the Long Tees. If you want to familiarize yourself with the layout it is on Udisc with maps and pin positions listed. Course rules are listed below.
Scoring will be done on the PDGA live scoring platform at pdga.com/score. One card member must keep live scoring while the other team keeps a backup scorecard either on paper or on UDisc.
Please do not congregate in large groups without wearing masks. I would like to continue to run events out here but that is not possible without all of your cooperation with our Covid-19 best practices. I thank you all in advance for your cooperation.
The Pro Shop has a limit of 4 visitors at a time and masks are required for entry.
There will be 5 holes with first shot CTP’s for those players who opted in to the $5 add on in registration. Day of add on for CTP is not available.
Hole 3: $100 Cash
Hole 6: $50 Cash
Hole 10: $50 Cash
Hole 14: $100 Cash
Hole 17: $50 IDGC Pro Shop Voucher
Gold division is playing for cash.
Red and Blue divisions are playing for merchandise vouchers to the IDGC Pro Shop.
Merchandise vouchers will be available after all cards have completed play, or at the IDGC Pro Shop during our regular business hours.
All cash payouts (Gold division and CTP’s) will be handled on Monday morning via PayPal.
All waitlist refunds will be processed Monday morning.

Hole # 8 – Lake is OB, normal OB rules apply.
Hole # 11 – Lake is OB, normal OB rules apply.
Hole # 12 – Lake is OB, normal OB rules apply. Proceed to drop zone

Hole # 13 – Lake is OB, normal OB rules apply. Proceed to drop zone

Hole # 14 - Lake is OB, normal OB rules apply.
Hole # 17 - Surrounded by water in creek or lake is OB.
