Which basket is 17 playing? The map looks like it is showing #11's basket, but the distance on the OB chart doesn't look long enough

On hole 17, distance to red basket and yellow basket are listed as the same: 428 feet. Is it the same for both?

I measured it. 368 to the red basket and 419 to the yellow.
