Hi Dominic, We have set up this event with players packs and merchandise payouts because of the feedback we have received from most Disc Golf Players in order to get the maximum number of players possible. We're working on making our first tournament at the park as good as we can. As far as where the remaining funds will go, Yes they will go back into the park system and funds are allocated to maintaining and improving the course each year.

Chris - thank you for hosting this event, and I hope the parks sees the benefit of this and future disc golf events. A low registration fee such as this coupled with a players pack and payouts is an amazing offering. Supporting and giving back to the parks is always a great thing to participate in.
