Hello Everyone,
We're one week away from some doubles disc golf! I spoke to the event sponsor earlier this week and have some good, and some bad news. Bad news first, we will be short one large Tshirt, and will not be receiving any X-Large shirts. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We did order enough discs to make up the difference so that those of you who won't get your shirt can get a driver instead. On that note and onto the good news, the disc selection for both putters and drivers is going to be greater than we planned. We will have Sheriffs, Trespasses, Vandals, Judges, Wardens, and Deputies. There is going to be a limited supply of each, so if you are picky, please come as early as possible to get the player pack that you want. We'll be there by 0630.
Below are some notes for the day of the event:
Masks will be required at check in/awards.
First group will tee off at 7am with the next group following approximately every 25 minutes. Refer to the tee times that were previously emailed out.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, set up live scoring, and get your player pack.
We will have an optional $1 ace pot and $1/shot at closest to pin on hole 1.
Please be aware of groups on other holes. We're trying to minimize cross-fire but there are no guarantees.
After your round is finished, check out and see if you may need to play any playoff holes.
Ties will only go to playoff if they are for 1st-3rd place. Playoff holes will be an alternate layout that will be announced on the day of the event if necessary. Playoffs will be "sudden death" format.
Awards will be given to 1st-3rd place in each division after all divisions are done. Extra discs, if we have them, can also be purchased at this time.
