Sorry I'm new to this flex start. Does that mean I can choose to start anywhere from 9-3? Or are the times going to be designated to everyone?
Yes. You can choose when to start. There will need to be at least 3 people to a card

Piggybacking off this. I won't be able to be there until about 2:30 due to work. How will I ensure I have a group of at least 3? I don't really know anyone to plan a late card specifically. Do I just need to hope for others being late?
basically yes. It will all depend on the weather. If it was nice, there would be plenty of people starting late. At this point, I'm not sure what we are going to get.
Ok. I can try to be there a little earlier, 1:30 possibly. Hopefully that will be good enough
