I just want to shout out to the Gardiner Volunteer Fire Department who will receive the proceeds of this event.
These folks set aside their personal obligations to assist those in need. They responded to 515 calls last year. Car accidents, house fires, wounded hikers etc. We hope this event will continue to provide them with the resources they need to help our community and those that visit it.
Our day of fun on the course will mean a lot to these people behind the scenes, helping those in need. Thank you everyone for contributing! Looking forward to another day at the Gunks!
