Great news! Harford County Parks and Rec has a phased reopening plan for Rec Programs and facilities! https://www.harfordcountymd.gov/225/Parks-Recreation. I received confirmation that we can proceed with the Social on March 27, 2021! We need to ensure that we follow all state safety mandates, including distancing and masks.
