Hey folks, we just wanted to reach out with a few specifics for this event and ask that you keep them in mind heading into next week's event.
First, please carpool if possible. Even if you can't carpool completely please consider meeting at the upper lot, not the baseball diamonds, but the lot on Mounts Road just after Lobdell road, and ride down to the course together. We cannot open the gate and we cannot have people parked on the road. When you do park in the lot, please do not leave large gaps between you and the car next to you.
Second, if you haven't paid yet, please remember that all entry fees are due by 8:00 PM on Thursday the 28th. Anyone that has not paid by then will be removed from registration and we will reach out to those on the waitlist. We cannot accept day-of payments due to covid restrictions and do have a bit of a waitlist so we want to make sure as many folks that can play get it. If you cannot make it to the event please reach as soon as possible and let me know.
Lastly, for this event, we cannot allow caddies or extra folks. We must keep our numbers to a minimum at this course so please keep this in mind. This will apply to the final event at Kinslow as well. Also please remember that you MUST wear your mask while checking in, around tournament central, and any time you cannot maintain at least 6 feet from other players. This will be strictly enforced over the next two events. You do not have to wear it while playing and if you are at least 6 feet from other players and staff.
We really want to thank everyone that has come out and supported these events. This has been a record-breaking year for the Central Ohio Winter Series and we are excited to see the series and the sport grow so much this year. We will have the email sent out at the beginning of the week with OBs and event specifics and starting holes posted after the close of registration Thursday night (it could be Friday morning if we have to pull folks from the waitlist.)
