Every DGPT event is required to hold a certain number of spots as part of our agreement with the DGPT. They have the rights to fill those spots based on their own selection process. Typically they are filled with touring pros that they would like to place on film cards but not necessarily. Sometimes all of them are filled and sometimes they become available to players on the waitlist. Usually this is decided within a week or 2 before the tournament starts.
