Keith, we followed pdga guidelines regarding refunds. Unfortunately when you withdrew and currently there is no waitlist for MA40.

I also withdrew my friend in MA40. I see there is 27 of 28 spots filled now. So shouldn't one of us get a full refund?

Unless there is a waitlist in that division, then it falls on pdga guidelines which we are following.
