We haven't given a close look at rules in several years. Generally, you can challenge somebody with a lower tag to a match at a nearby course. Usually, you play "gross" scores. Also, it is common to throw them in a pile for a league or tournament if people are teeing off/finishing at the same time. Then they are redistributed in order of score, with ties going to the existing lower/lowest tag holder.
