I’m struggling to see how the course will be playable, if not extremely muddy, since the rain is supposed to continue all day. Is there a cancellation plan in place? If not what is the refund option? I would love to play but prefer not to have 6 inches of mud on my shoes every hole. Dec 31, 2020
