Hello players,
There will be no in person players meeting Saturday morning. This is your players meeting.
Masks that cover your mouth and nose are required when you sign in or any other time you are near the store and tournament central. Hand sanitizer is available for your use before you touch any merchandise in the store.
Sign in will be in the parking lot where I will be set up with some tables. You must let me know you are on site.
Because of the current NJ Covid-19 Executive Order, no spectators or caddies are allowed.
Do not show up more than an hour before your tee time unless I have approved it for a valid reason.
Tee times are every 10 minutes starting at 8:00am with 3 to 4 people per card. Be at tee 18 more than 2 minutes before your tee time. Each card must have one person keep score on the PDGA live scoring PDGA.comScores access code Krampus and another play keep score via another method. We have paper score cards if needed.
I will be processing removals and waitlist adds till about 8pm Friday night. If you are on the waitlist you will get an email if you get in. At this time I will publish the tee times.
All divisions are close in tee times; after the last card is in from a division, we will then figure out the 40-50% winners. We will then assign groupings and your final 9 holes will commence. If you are not apart of the final 9 then shop at the store and have an early departure.
Layout for round 1 starts on hole 18 and each hole has been modified with mandos or OB. If the tee pads are icy then you way play from beside or behind them.
The course is not closed to the public while the tournament is going on and we must respect all other park goers. Be polite and inform them that a disc golf tournament is going on and the course is very busy today.
For amateur payout, I will be following the 40-50% cut line for who gets payout. All players playing the final 9 will get script to spend in the store.
