Per the state coordinators post, pdga sanctioning will still be allowed. It will be up to individual Tds to make sure local authorities are okay with the event happening and you must take safety precautions per the pdga covid guidelines. So basically I think unless the northridge church or local government says the tournament can’t happen, it should be fine.
