Is the additional round to improve your score for the tournament? Because I don't believe in a C-Tier you can choose the best of multiple rounds. In all flex starts I've ever played, the first one had to count for PDGA. Just want to make sure it doesn't get confusing. Thanks Nov 13, 2020
