Not a TD, but my guess is because the majority of the whole is so open, on the actual course plaque it marks only the furthest basket as a par 4, the rest par 3s. That’s just my guess.

Just played there yesterday, the Basket is not across the gully (par 4 position). It's in a Par 3 position, common for this time of year when they pull it in for the winter.
