You can absolutely register for the waitlist Adam. No cost for waitlist, payment would just be due if a spot comes open. The difference in number of spots vs. available tee times is based on a change in park hours. Initially we had two more tee times available when we set up the tournament, however after the park came to a decision on open and close times, it was no longer feasible for those two cards to be able to complete their round.
