Considering the snow, would it be ok with the TD (Lobo) if we use a ribbon on our drivers? If so, any recommendations to stay within PDGA guidelines? PDGA rule 813.01B doesn't really expand on what is allowed, should the TD grant ribbons on discs. Oct 22, 2020
