Hi Anthony and Michael, Sean and I spoke this morning. Here is what we are going to do: 8pm PT Wednesday, 10/21: Deadline for Full Refunds (except Waitlist) // 8am PT Friday, 10/23: Registration locked; Players remaining on Waitlist will get a FULL refund. // Since this is a tee-time event, we will be locking registration and refunding any remaining players on the waitlist on Friday, 10/23. // Tee times will be published midday on Friday. // See PDGA Competition Manual, Section 1.03 for additional information
