After rounding out cards and pools with players on the waitlist, there are 3 spots that will be filled from the waitlist via lottery. The Hoosier Lottery's games will be used in order to make the process public and as fair as possible. If today's midday Daily 3 Super Ball number doesn't settle the matter in a division, today's midday Daily 4 Super Ball number will be used. If the matter is still not settled, tonight's Daily 3 Super Ball number will be used, then tonight's Daily 4 Super Ball number, and so on until there is a winner. Going forward, all vacated spots in a given division will be filled from the waitlist in order of waitlist number. Since Pool A is already over capacity, no waitlisters in those divisions will be promoted until the pool drops below 72 players.
