Player's Meeting Details:
There will be a very short player's meeting before each round on Saturday and Sunday that will take 5-10 minutes. This will occur at the course near the practice basket. All players will be provided with a Player's Meeting Packet that will include layout information, all OBs, and other pertinent information at registration This meeting will also be used to ensure player's know their starting hole for each round. We will also be requiring all players to sign their Player's Card that will include the current COVID waiver suggested by the PDGA. If player's do not sign this card, they will be unable to compete.
We are also going to encourage digital scoring for this event to help with the pace and scorekeeping. The code will be provided with the Player's Meeting Packet, along with a scorecard for each group to ensure there is both available. I would encourage the groups to do both as a failsafe.
All information in the Packet will also be posted here for reference early next week.
Also, there will not be any discs for sale during the event. The Player's Pack will be provided, and all Trophy's will be awarded during a short post-round Ceremony on Sunday after the second round.
There will also be a $2 ace fund that can be bought in on the first day. If any ace is hit during the Saturday round, there will be another $2 ace fund on Sunday for those interested. In the case no aces are hit on Saturday, the $2 buy in will roll to Sunday. Any remaining ace fund will be thrown off after the event with a winner-take-all CTP.
Each day there will also be a couple CTPs on hand. Those are yet to be determined and will most likely be All-Division CTPs. More details to come on that early next week when the Player's Meeting information is posted.
