It depends on how many register and show up for the tournament. If we only have enough to make 4 man cards, then only 4. If we go above and require some 5 man cards, then we will have some 5 man cards. However I will not be putting a card of 5 together if we don't have enough to fill all 4 man cards if that makes sense. Especially to keep the rate of play at a quicker pace.
