that was my bad. i panicked when i found out the lead times for discs and pullovers for the event and i didnt want to lose 3 days. i shouldnt have done that. i am working out a way to accommodate 128 players, which would allow you to still geet in.follow the wilcox facebook page

Now worries Dan. I actually still got in, and all the events fill fast. Rather than try and crowd in more people you could either offer a second event - December? and invite the waitlist to register first, or put the waitlist in first for next year's Wilcox Wow.
