We are just around the corner to the end of Friday Eve Rattlin Chains. What will we do with ourselves when the league ends? Well, for one thing we will be heading into colder weather. The rain and snow will make for some interesting rounds in the next several months. Looking forward to gearing up for some winter disc golf. That is where the Camo Crew originated. Those late nights tossin glow in the snow with some good friends. Then as we played more and more together then the winter turned to spring and the day light hours started getting longer, we had CRAZY idea to get some tags for the OG Camo Crew so we can play against one another for shits and giggles but more importantly braggin rights on and off the course. Well, here we are 75 members in and down to the last six (6) league nights before we close THIS chapter of the Camo Crew. Again, I would like to thank all of you that have made this possible and look forward to the future. Not sure if anyone reads this but if you have then I appreciate you taking the time to read through my run-on sentences. HAHAHAHA
Since we are running out of daylight and the league time cannot change, the Crew has asked for the league check-in cut-off to be at 5:45pm in order to keep us on track for the 6pm tee time. Infidel will try and be there by 5pm to start the check-in but it may be a challenge. If you arrive at 5:46 then you may miss out on that round of play. So, make sure you are there by 5:30 in order to get checked in by 5:45pm.
The Ace Pot is now at $355. No one has been able to sink one during league play in the last several weeks. An ACE is about due, so who will it be. It would be nice to see an OG Camo Crew member hit that ACE but even better if it were to be someone’s 1st ACE. So, let’s see if we can clear that ACE POT. If not then we will need to figure out a good use for that MULA.
Now onto the league results:
This week I forgot to mark who won the CTP’s but you know who you are and I hope that MULA went to a good cause or use. Congrats to all that won the CTP's last week. I appreciate the $1's and $5's that all of you keep bringing every week. It makes the check-in run much easier.
The results of the bag tag round is as follows:
Tag 1 - Jeff - 46
Tag 2 –Pete - 50
Tag 6 – Rick - 51
Tag 7 – Zack M - 51
Tag 10 – Redeye - 53
Tag 11 - Adam – 53
Tag 15 – Slade – 54
Tag 16 – Trek - 55
Tag 18 – Mike T. – 56
Tag 21 – Chowder - 56
Tag 22 – Jon W. - 57
Tag 25 – Native - 57
Tag 35 – Mike Y. - 57
Tag 37 – Nate - 58
Tag 40 – Easy - 68

About 79% of the members were a NO SHOW, so thanks to the 21% that made it out last week. We all have our reasons to not make it out but so you know, if you are absent for a month and Infidel is holding onto your tag then it will be thrown into the mix for league night. Jeremy is the only Camo Crew member that has an excuse and WE thank him for his SERVICE to this COUNTRY, Oorah!
There are a number of tags being held, so if you don’t have a tag then please come see Infidel.
We are currently on UDisc so if you have not downloaded it to your phone then I recommend that you do in order to speed things up at the end of the round. Otherwise, you will need to bear with Infidel as he tallies up the scores at the end of the round.
As always, Thanks to all of you that come out and support Friday Eve Rattlin Chains Bag Tag League. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night. Have Great Hump Day and see you Friday Eve (Thursday Night) or out on the course, CHALLS.
