How come the AMs get to play three different layouts while the Pros gets to play only two layouts?

The Pros will have 2nd chance to improve their ratings by playing the same layout twice while the AMs don't. Not that important? Okay.

Is there any more course info on the Sweetside (which sides at BSR?) and the Pro Loop? (what's that?). Is there course maps for those two?

None of these course info are available at DGGR site. Would like to practice on these two layouts this week before the event.
