Noise Ordinance: We need to be done at 11pm, and I expect neighbors to complain at 11:01. Please be mindful of the time, and keep up pace of play. The limit of 4 per card actually works in our favor here. If we fail to complete 18 holes by 11pm all players will have to end play and leave the course. If this happens, let's keep the volume down. Thanks! I believe we'll finish, but if we do not (and this has to be stated up front) then the prize payouts are to be distributed evenly.
THANK YOU ALL for coming out to support the club, these events, and the sport we all love, and special thanks for being able to work with us to handle all the changes that 2020 has brought to us.
Virtual Players Meeting notes:
1. HAVE FUN
2. There will be no player meeting at the course. You'll know your tee location ahead of time. Pick up your LEDs/Scorecard/Map and be at your tee at 7:25
3. ALL DISCS THROWN MUST HAVE LED LIGHTS. Putting in the circle is the only exception. I think everyone understands this, we just don’t have time to hunt for a “glow” disc that lost its charge - please hold each other accountable here.
4. Bring packing tape for your group, you need this!
5. We have been asked that ONE player keeps score for their group and not pass the scorecard around.
6. Stay off of the golf greens, please. They will be marked as OB with red lights.
7. Any disc that goes into a private yard is OB and considered lost. Anyone caught physically jumping a fence can be disqualified from the event without refund. Consider what that would mean before making a poor choice.
8. Pace of play – This just needs to be mentioned, please keep up a reasonable pace of play. Laugh, talk and have the best time, but make sure you’re taking your shot when it’s your turn to throw. ❤️
9. Check the map ahead of time! – Having a good idea of the layout will totally pay off during the round.
10. Mandos and drop zones – Holes 9 and 14 each have a mando. There WILL be a marked drop zone if mando is missed. DZ will have white lights like a tee.
11. See #1
