PLAYERS - This is the same information as posted to the club's FB page:
After Sunset players - Lots of information to go through here:
This year we must finish play by 11pm (Local noise ordinance) which also means we're targeting a 7:30pm start time. All players should plan to arrive between 7:00-7:15pm. You'll pick up your 8 LEDs and map and go to your assigned tee. You don't need to tell us this is an aggressive schedule, we're acknowledging that now!
To summarize:
· 7:00 to 7:15 -arrive and get LEDs/Map/Scorecard
· 7:25 – be at your starting tee
· 7:30 – Starting time (air horn or siren)
· 11:00 – Round ends
Map Change: We have partially shortened three of the holes (12, 13, 16) for the sake of time. PLEASE support us in this decision, the golf course has to abide by the 11pm end time, and these 3 holes caused the greatest slowdown previously. These three holes will play a little differently but are definitely not ruined! THANK YOU for being understanding!
Volunteers: We are thrilled at the volunteer response. I seriously can't stress this enough! This glow round is one of the hardest events to run because of the setup window Baskets, teepads, OB lights, etc. all need to get set up. Volunteers, you're the only reason this can work - Thank you thank you thank you!
