For clarity, can you confirm whether it's "holes numbered 1 through 6" that are played Tough-Shot (and so on) --- or is it "the first through the sixth holes that you actually play" are tough shot?

I'm pretty sure it's the first one (meaning everyone plays the same holes by the same rules) but wanted to confirm that...
