PDGA has some guidance on this. 1.03-Withdrawals and Refunds. I will offer 100% refund up until 10/7. If your refund request is submitted after that point, I can open the spot up on DiscGolfScene to see if another person signs up. If another person signs up in that 3-day time frame, you will get a 100% refund. If someone does not fill that spot, you will get a 25% refund.
