Hi Thomas! Good questions - answering in order: This is not a PDGA sanctioned event. There is not a players pack but you will receive 8 LED lights. Payouts are 50% percent of the money for each division, the rest goes to renting the golf course and purchasing the LED lights. The course is temporary and only available to during the glow round, it's a very fun and challenging layout!
