Because the ROO is non-sanctioned, if you bring a friend or travel with someone, you will play with that person for the 1st round regardless if you are in the same division or not so you can finish at the same time and then go to lunch on your way to Starr. The 2nd round will be by divisions unless group sizes require split division groups of 3 or 4.
