As I understand that particular island, the inside of the wall is the OB line. So if your drive landed on/inside the island and was up against the all you would be called in bounds as you are not fully surrounded by OB. You would then take your standard 1 meter relief on the line of play and mark there. If you somehow managed to land with your disc resting directly on top of the wall the same situation would apply as long as the disc was not fully surrounded by OB. If you landed outside of the island touching the outside of the wall you would be fully surrounded by OB and proceed to the drop zone following standard OB rules.
