Will we get a formal explainer of the rules for Alternate Shot and Tough/Worst Shot? I'm pretty sure I can guess them, but for example I'm wondering if Alternate Shot carries over from hole to hole (like on hole 7, player A drives, B makes the putt...does A drive on hole 8? or is the first shot on a hole supposed to alternate between teammates?)
