I think they are referring to having painted putting circles but I don't believe this is required.

There is no requirement to have 10m circles marked.

I'm not aware of any requirement, but the circles being marked at Northwood definitely made my round ...

We mark circles for the DGPT event as per that requirement for DGPT events.
