Email sent today to competitors
Hello everyone,
We are very excited for Sunday's main event, and look forward to seeing you. This will be the final email I send out to all competitors with event details.
Please note that Saturday the 22nd I am competing at Gazebo at the Hollow and may not respond to any emails or messages sent.
This is a one round 27 hole tee time event. We are looking at 15 minute intervals starting at 7:30am for the first tee.
1. You will not be allowed to check in at the event tent for the event more than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tee time. Once checked in at the event tent Am players will be provided a full player pack.
2. After confirming details with the City of Arvada we will not be allowed Spectators or Caddies for your rounds. I apologize and I hope that we can bring those back some day soon
3. You will only be allowed to use the practice basket for warm up putting within 30 minutes of your tee time as well. We are adding a second practice basket closer to the check in area as well. There will be no spot to throw warm up drives at the course, you will need to use a local park or field prior to your arrival. Even if you are an early tee time, to maintain fairness for all competitors the Course is considered closed at first tee 7:30am.
4. We will use PDGA digital scoring for the event the entry passcode will be provided to the group just prior to tee time.
5. Once your round is completed you will be asked to leave the course area. Trophy recipients will be emailed the following Monday and we will work out details on getting those to you.
6. You will need to have a mask with you or in your bag during the event, if you are unable to maintain 6ft of social distance you must have it on.
7. Water will not be provided out on the course, you will need to come prepared with water for your entire round. BRING LOTS OF WATER, it is going to be warm and I do not want anyone having issues out there. We will have an emergency water jug available for severe situations.
8. Pro payouts will be paypal sent in the evening after the event is completed.
