The following email was sent to all players. Please read it before attending the Trilogy Challenge!
Good evening everyone -
We are just a couple of days from the Trilogy challenge at Ponderosa.
Some important notes:
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tee time to check in. All players must submit to a temperature check before they can access the property and participate in the Trilogy challenge.
All players will get the same 3 molds in their player pack. You must play the round with those 3 discs. If you have a small bag for your 3 discs and a water bottle, that's a great thing to bring with you.
After checking in, report to the first hole 10 minutes prior to your tee time. Marcus will give you a run-down of the course/course rules and all of the information you will need to enjoy your round at Ponderosa.
Ponderosa is private property and an absolute gem we are lucky to have a chance to play. Please be prepared to respect their rules while on property including:
No alcohol or drugs of any kind on property at any time, including cannabis.
Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot.
Dogs are not allowed on property at any time.
Only immediate family will be allowed to accompany players on the course.
Please keep a reasonable pace of play. Groups will be teeing off every 15 minutes. Be considerate of everyone's time.
Each group will keep score on the provided scorecard and turn it in at the end of the round. Winners will be contacted after the event is complete to get their prizes!
Once your round is complete, you will not be able to play another round. With 125 players playing the course, we will have a constant flow of groups all day.
The Ponderosa pro shop will be open! They have a great supply of discs, ponderosa gear, snacks and drinks to get you through your day. Lunch deals will also be available:
1. 2 hot dogs, chips & drink for $6
2. Cheeseburger, chips & drink for $7
3. Double Cheeseburger, chips & drink for $9
Basket giveaway!!! Every player gets one ticket for a Marksman basket included with their entry. You can buy additional tickets for $5 each or $20 for 5 tickets. Winners will be drawn at the end of the day and you don't have to be present to win.
Most importantly, have fun! You're throwing some new plastic on one of the most fun and beautiful courses in Colorado. It doesn't get much better than this!

We have maxed out on the number of players we can accommodate. If you can't make it, we are inside the 14 day window and refunds will only be issued if another player takes your place. The refund policy is as follows:
"Players who officially request to withdraw from an event less than 14 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of the entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled. "
