There must have been something in the air tonight as the scores were smokin' hot! To start out, we had a normal week league record 41 people attend, just 1 shy of the all time record. Hot rounds for the year were shot in Open and Intermediate and was only one stroke off of the hot round in Advanced.
Kicking off the moneybag presentation is Kurt Poole who takes home $136 for his sweet ace on the elevated hole #8! Then, for the second week in a row, the birdie pot was cashed in... by two people! Mike and Dan Ruby both birdied holes 2, 4, and 13 for the Intermediate division birdie pot splitting $138.
Onto the hot scores now. I lead the way in the Open field shooting the lowest round of the year with a -13, 53 while also cashing in the CTP on hole 4 with a drop in for another $34. Ryan Szoldatits followed up his hot round from Devo with a -10, 56 in Advanced which actually would have split 2nd place in Open. Macky D. was right on his heals, but just couldn't keep up pace. Finally, the hot round in Intermediate on the year now belongs to Dan Ruby, adding to his birdie pot winnings shooting a -5, 61.
