Results of 7/23 Friday Eve Rattlin' Chains

Well, well, well. I take a league night off and the ACE POT is finally hit. Thanks again to all those that came out and continue to come out to support the Camo Crew.

I want to give a Special Thanks to Justin for taking the reigns in my absence. He got to experience 1st hand what it takes to run this league and I appreciate his willingness to do so. I do ask that everyone takes it easy on those of use running the show and tallying everything up at the end of the night so that we can make sure the tags and money are properly handed out. When you become impatient that is when things go sideways from time to time. Luckily, all the money got in the right hands but not so much for the tags but I will get to that later. If I hear or experience any impatients from players after the league round, well let's just say I will be dealing with you in my own special way. So give us a break, we are doing our best to make this enjoyable for all.

The ACE POT got to $591 and Codie was able to sink the ACE on hole 18A. Even though it was a shorty, it still counts as an ACE. Congrats, Codie on the ACE. Hopefully, you can put that money to good use.

The Creekside Camo Crew is still growing. We have seven (7) new players in the league and so the next round of tags up to 70 has been ordered. Thanks again for all those spreading the word about the Crew and League. Keep it up.

Unfortunately, I am not sure who won the CTP's that night but Congrats to those that did. I appreciate all those that keep bringing the $1's and $5's for the ACE Pot and CTP's, it makes it easier on Proud when collecting the MULA before the round starts so continue to bring those 1's and 5's.

As I have mentioned Tag #3 is not up for grabs because it is with our Brother in Arms in the Marine Corp. But there are a few on the list above that have not attended a league night in a while. Let's try and get them out on Thursdays or set-up a bag tag round during the week or on the weekend. Otherwise, I may have to create a "HIT LIST" for these tags which there may be a BOUNTY for the tags.

If you do play for tags in between league nights please let me know after the match, who has which tags to help keep track of tags. Because a lost tag will be $50 since you can only buy $50 worth of tags at a time. It has been suggested that we come up with a Spare Tag that can temporarily take the place of a lost tag, but it has not come to fruition just yet. If it does then it will cost $10 for the Spare and Replacement tag. What will happen is that you will get a temp Spare Tag to write the missing tag number on. Once there are 10 missing tags then I can proceed to purchase all 10 replacements at once. So, Please keep me informed and keep an eye on your tags.

Now onto the tag mix ups. They are as follows:

Charles received Tag 46 but he should have received Tag 45.
Easy received Tag 42 and he should have received Tag 44.
Slade received Tag 44 and he should have received Tag 42.
Scott P. received Tag 52 and he should have received Tag 56.
Aaron received Tag 55 and he should have received Tag 52.
JB received Tag 43 and he should have received Tag 41 (temp tag).
Tim P. received Tag 32 and he should have received Tag 34.
Calvin received Tag 56 and he should have received Tag 61.
Wheeler received Tag 60 and he should have received Tag 62.
Jared Lang received Tag 61 and he should have received Tag 30.
Jonathon W. received Tag ?? and should have received Tag 60.
Joe G received Tag 17 and he should have received Tag 12.
Kevin P. received Tag 32 and he should have received Tag 34.
Smitty received Tag 36 and he should have received Tag 27.

I am also trying to have all of you provide me the tag numbers you currently own so that I can make sure all tags are accounted for before league night this week. So, please reach out to me about your tag numbers, If you are on the list above please try and make it to this weeks league night so the tag numbers can be straightened out. Otherwise, you will have to live with what you have, but I still need your tag number none the less. I can't stress that enough.

Friday Eve Rattlin Chains Bag Tag League is now on UDISC. So we will be using that to keep scores starting 7/30. If you don't have UDisc then I would suggest that you download it from your app stores and get that dialed in before this Thursday. It is real easy to use and provides tons of information about the courses and events all over the US as well as there are a lot of cool things that can be used to improve you game. I believe it may have a minimal annual cost but for PDGA members it is free.

Again, thanks to all that participated in last weeks Friday Eve Rattlin Chains Bag Tag League. I also wanted to Thank Rick for getting us the group campground at the Fort this past weekend. Everyone had a great time at the Fort and are looking forward to another weekend of disc up there. We were not able to play GLOW but we improvised some GLOW into the evening festivities. Great Food, Friends and Disc Golf.

Have Great Week and see you this Friday Eve (Thursday Night) or out on the course, CHALLS.
