This should have been considered before sending the email in the first place instead of changing it again 3-4 days before the tournament was supposed to happen. I withdrew from another tournament I'd already paid for following your email saying that this tournament was happening on the 25th because this one is PDGA sanctioned, and now I'm not playing in either one this weekend because registration on that one is closed and this one is postponed again. In the future, take some time to actually consider whether it's feasible to actually make the event happen instead of jumping at the first opportunity and telling the players on short notice. I realize that things happen and it's been chaotic, but the communication and changes around this tournament over the last week have been poorly managed and needs improved on in the future.
