We had 17 people come out to McCourtie Park for 18 holes of singles on the last day of the finale of Thursday Night Singles. It was hot but it didn't rain.
Three people shot the hot round of -4 and tied for first place. Jared Stoll won the throw off and took $20 for first place. Baw Beast got second in the throw off and took $15 for second. Casey Cook was third in the throw off and took $12 for third place. Jared Glover was close with a -3 and took $10 for fourth place. Jeff Kennedy shot even par and took $8 for fifth. Aaron Heath won the throw off for last cash and took $5 for sixth place.
Otis took the CTP on hole 4 and won an E-Mac Truth donated by Jared Stoll. Zach won the $9 cash CTP on hole 15. Tpills won the $8 cash CTP on hole 7. Jared won the $10 merch CTP on hole 6. Aaron Heath won the special mystery CTP on hole 10 which was the old league suitcase.
As it was the last day of Thursday Night Singles, we have the results of the league. Casey Cook took first place with 107 points. Nice season Casey! Bryce Harrell and Baw Beast tied for second place with 91 points. Jeff Kennedy took fourth place with 60 points. Because Casey and Baw Beast are not taking berths, Bryce Harrell and Jeff Kennedy will be getting the two berths to the Michigan State Championships! Congratulations guys!
We will be running Thursday Night Doubles starting next Thursday at Ella Sharp Park at 5:30pm. See you out there!
