Alright, I’m bummed that I have to post this, but it’s the right thing to do. This more so affects the league attenders that played yesterday, July 15th.
When I got home from league yesterday, my wife informed me that her Mom has been running a fever and has the chills. My wife, who owns a salon, saw her mom on Tuesday for a hair and nail appointment.
Today, my mother-in-law is getting tested for COVID. My wife nor I are currently showing any symptoms, but we refuse to not take into consideration my contact with you.
Until my MIL’s test results come back, I will be staying home. If her results come back negative, then all is well. If her results come back positive, then my wife and I will be quarantining until we get tested/test back negative. If we end up showing symptoms or getting this dang virus, then you won’t see me for a couple weeks.
Please note that my wife and I practice washing our hands - especially because my wife owns a salon. But, we don’t take this lightly and I’m committed to making sure you’re all safe - even if it appears to be an overreaction.
