Good Morning!

Just wanted to go ahead and thank all of you for signing up for the Hobbs Farm Flex Start Presented By HD DISCS! We are so happy that all of you are signed up and can’t wait for Sunday! Wanted to go over some important info and try to answer some questions that we have received in the last couple of days.

First off, this tournament is a flex start! We will be running groups out every 10-15 minutes or even quicker depending on what time everyone is looking to play. We will be letting groups start from 9am - 1pm. After 1pm, we will not let anyone else check in and start their round. Below is a schedule with time slots. Please reply back with the time slot you are planning on arriving and starting your round.

Time slots:
• 9am-9:30am
• 9:30am-10am
• 10am-10:30am
• 10:30am-11am
• 11am-11:30am
• 11:30am-12pm
• 12pm-12:30pm
• 12:30pm-1pm

We will be set up in the back parking lot by hole 16. When you arrive please make sure to check in at the table. When you check in you have the option to pick your player pack. Player packs for this tournament are one premium plastic disc of your choosing. We have several brands and plenty to choose from. When you choose your disc please make sure to “check out” at the tables with either myself or my wife. Due to safety precautions and taking measures to do our best to social distance, please leave the check in area after you have checked in and have picked up your players pack. Also, if you see 5-6 people at the tables looking through discs please wait to come over until someone leaves.

Once you have checked in, picked out your players pack and are ready to play please let us know. You have to have at least 3 people on your card to start. Many of you have friends that want to be on the same card but are playing different layouts. That is totally fine. Once you have at least 3 people we will get your group a scorecard and you will be able to start! If you don’t have a group to play with please let us know and we will be happy to assist you and place you with a group to play.


All Amateur divisions, due to COVID 19 and safety guidelines given to us, this will be a trophy only event. Trophies will rewarded to top finishers of each division. Divisions must have a minimum of 3 players to be eligible for a trophy. Sorry for the inconvenience and the late notice.
