Hello, this event will now happen July 18th/19th as it was a tentative hold. We are continually and actively communicating with multiple municipalities to ensure this event happens. We are currently looking at the weekends in August right now to ensure this event happens. We are continuing to look at alternate venues that may allow group events. It is an ever changing and flowing environment that we are trying to navigate. Please know that we want nothing more than to host this event for you and we are working tirelessly to make it happen. These permits are not easy to get in the metro area right now. As soon as we have an actual locked down date we will give the appropriate notice to players so that you can determine if the new dates work for your schedule and so you can make appropriate accommodations to play the event. I am sorry for any delay or frustration.
